เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกการจองที่พักและกรณีที่ไม่เข้าพัก

Cancellation and No show Policy:

1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:

60 day prior date : 1 night of total per room per night will be charge. 30 day prior date : Full Charge of total per room per night will be charge. Otherwise we will be charge 100%.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
