Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days in Peak Season, 15 days in High Season, 7 days in Low Season. Failure to cancellation in time, there is at least one-night room rate or 50% of total payment charge. Cancellation in time is subject to 10% charge.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. - Reservation Policy: one-night deposit is required within 10 days. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
